A video has emerged on the internet showing the well-known Nigerian singer, Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, more commonly known as Kizz Daniel, acknowledging Wizkid as his mentor.
In the online interview, Kizz Daniel, who is famous for his song “Buga,” gives a shoutout to Wizkid, describing him as an incredible artist whom he admires.
This video of Kizz Daniel praising Wizkid has come out following earlier rumors that Kizz Daniel had shown arrogance and disrespect towards Wizkid when they met backstage in December 2022.
Kizz Daniel goes on to express his profound respect for Wizkid by revealing his admiration not only for Wizkid but also for Innocent Idibia (2Baba) and several other prominent artists.
He shares, “I want to give a big shoutout to Wizkid. Wizkid is an incredible talent. When Wizkid hopped on the song’s cover, it was amazing. I was truly taken aback – like, ‘Wow, Wizkid.’ He’s a role model to me. I really look up to Wizkid (repeated twice), and I also have deep respect for 2Baba and many other artists within the industry.”
