Joseph Aloba father of the late Nigerian artist Mohbad, has begun his own rap music career, prompting varied responses from Nigerians online. This comes amid ongoing uncertainty around the circumstances of Mohbad’s passing.
Mr. Aloba had recently sought crowdfunding to aid an investigation, though he was questioned as donations had already been made in Mohbad’s honor.
While aware of Mr. Aloba’s past as a musician, many express unease that he appears to have pursued new artistic ventures so soon, particularly with Mohbad’s cause of death still undetermined.
