Portable, a highly controversial Nigerian musician, has vehemently responded to allegations made by the mother of his child. She accused him of neglecting his duties as a father for an extended period.
During a live session, his child’s mother, known as Keji or Honey Berry, expressed her concerns and claimed that he had not provided any financial support for their son for more than four months. She went as far as labeling him a “deadbeat father.”
The young lady also mentioned that she was unaware of the singer’s marital status before becoming pregnant, and she accused him of mistreating his wife, Bewaji, for maintaining a friendly relationship with her.
In retaliation, Portable countered by alleging that the mother of his child was engaged in prostitution at the time he impregnated her. He also claimed that he had provided her with housing by renting a residence for her.
Furthermore, he elaborated on the fact that Keji had been engaged in numerous video calls with her male acquaintances, many of whom, according to him, were involved in online fraud. This situation ultimately led him to ask her to leave his house.
After she left, the Zazuu Crooner disclosed that his child’s mother secretly began advising his wife against him.
Regarding her accusations of him being an irresponsible father, Portable stressed that the financial support he had been providing for their child was allegedly being redirected by her to support an extravagant and opulent lifestyle, similar to that of a socialite.
With a mocking tone, Portable sang and ridiculed Keji, pointing out that she hadn’t entered into a new marriage since their separation. He connected this fact to what he perceived as her promiscuous lifestyle.
