Nigerian singer Seyi Vibez, whose real name is Balogun Afolabi Oluwaloseyi, recently opened up about the challenges he faced in his early life and the bravery required to chase his dreams.

In a recent interview with Cool FM, Lagos, he revealed that his family motivated him to venture out on his own to work towards supporting both himself and his family.

Speaking on his early struggles, Seyi Vibez said:

“I left home when I was 15. Things were difficult in the ghetto, so I had to make way for myself. Even my own family freed me. They said, ‘Go, don’t die here. It’s better you go away and hustle for yourself’.”

Seyi Vibez rose to fame with the release of his hit single “Chance (Na Ham)” in 2022.

The song earned him the Best Street-Hop Artiste award at the 16th Headies Awards in 2023.

Recently, Seyi Vibez purchased a brand new Lamborghini Urus, valued at millions of Naira.
