Nigerian popular music couple Adekunle Gold and his wife Simi stirred reactions from their fans following a trending video of him in the studio, tackling her over H-factor pronunciation.
In a video making the rounds on the internet, AG Baby was heard imitating Simi’s accent and making fun of her for pronouncing open as ‘hopen’.
In response to her husband’s mockery, Simi defended herself, claiming that he wasn’t listening well enough to hear her clearly.
The H-factor is when h-free words, mostly words beginning with vowels, are pronounced as if they have ‘h’ in them.
