The controversial Nigerian rapper, Speedy Darlington, is once again causing a stir by making some strong statements about the late music artist, Mohbad.
In a recent live video, Speedy Darlington, known for speaking his mind, didn’t hold back and said that Mohbad was not strong enough for not standing up to his former record label boss, Naira Marley.
This all goes back to the complicated relationship Mohbad had with the Marlians, which continued until his unfortunate passing. You see, Mohbad and the Marlians had issues since 2022. Mohbad used to be part of the Marlians record label, but they had disagreements that led him to leave. It even turned into a legal battle over song rights.
Speedy Darlington’s recent comments reflect his disappointment in Mohbad. He thinks Mohbad should have fought back when he was alive. To make his point, Speedy shared a story from his own life where he confronted five people and one of them ended up with a messed-up face.
